• Do you work with technical fabrics (e.g. moisture-wicking, mesh)? — Technical fabrics may have different MOQs and lead times. Ask what they source regularly and whether you can supply your own.
• Can I combine multiple styles (e.g. jersey, shorts) in one order? — Mixed product orders can help clubs and brands hit minimums. Clarify how they charge and whether there is one total minimum or per-style.

• How far in advance do I need to order for a specific event or season? — Peak periods (e.g. pre-season) fill up. Ask when they need confirmation to hit your delivery date.

Quality and compliance

• What quality checks do you do (e.g. flatlock, print durability)? — Listen for flatlock and seam quality, print wash-fastness, and measurement checks. Sportswear is worn hard; durability matters.
