MOQ and fabric

• What is your minimum order quantity per style and per colour? — Hoodie MOQs in Europe often start at 100–300 pieces per style. Listen for per-colour vs. total minimums; French terry and fleece may have different minimums.
• What fabric weights and compositions do you work with (e.g. 300 gsm fleece, French terry)? — Weight and composition affect cost and lead time. Ask what they stock and whether you can supply your own fabric.
• Do you offer organic or sustainable fleece at similar MOQ? — Organic cotton fleece may have higher minimums or longer lead times. Ask what’s available and at what MOQ.
• Can I get a sample run before bulk production? — Sample runs (e.g. 20–50 pieces) help confirm fit and finish. Ask minimum for sampling and whether the same factory does bulk.

Print, decoration, and lead times

• Do you do screen print and embroidery in-house? — In-house decoration simplifies logistics. Ask minimums per placement (e.g. chest print, back print) and whether they do DTG or only screen.
• What is your typical lead time from order confirmation to delivery? — Hoodies often run 6–10 weeks. Get a breakdown: fabric, cut, sew, print, wash (if any), pack.
• Do you offer garment washing or softening? — Garment wash can add lead time and cost. Ask if they do it in-house and what the minimum or surcharge is.

Quality and fit
